En juin 2010, les Berliner Philharmoniker assurent sous la direction de Simon Rattle la création mondiale de la Swing Symphony de Wynton Marsalis. Le compositeur et le chef d’orchestre se sont entretenus à cette occasion avec la musicienne Catherine Milliken.
