Seiji Ozawa dirige une soirée Gershwin à la Waldbühne
George Gershwin adorait se produire dans des concerts en plein air. Il était donc tout naturel que les Berliner Philharmoniker lui consacrent leur concert à la Waldbühne en 2003. Soutenu par le Marcus Roberts Trio, le chef d’orchestre Seiji Ozawa a présenté ce soir-là certaines des œuvres les plus célèbres de Gershwin : Un Américain à Paris, la Rhapsody in Blue et le Concerto en fa, transformant la Waldbühne en un vaste club de jazz vibrant de swing.
