Marianne Crebassa
Mezzo-sopranoThe New York Times described Marianne Crebassa as “splendidly charismatic”. With her warm, supple voice and captivating stage presence, the mezzo-soprano was already performing on major stages while still a student in Montpellier. Since then, she has delighted audiences with her technical precision and expressive intensity as a performer of Baroque music, as well as Mozart roles and modern orchestral songs. She made her debut as the soloist in Ravel’s Shéhérazade at the Philharmoniker’s Waldbühne concert in 2019.
