Violinist Philipp Bohnen was initially a scholarship holder at the Karajan Academy and became a member of the Berliner Philharmoniker in 2008. In our film portrait from the series The Berliner Philharmoniker and their instruments, the versatile musician tells us who influenced him during his training and why, in addition to playing in an orchestra, he is particularly passionate about chamber music.
