Europakonzert with Daniel Harding from the Musée d’Orsay, Paris
This year’s Europakonzert at the Musée d'Orsay in Paris is is dedicated to Franco-German friendship. Daniel Harding, music director of the Orchestre de Paris, conducts works by Wagner, Berlioz and Debussy which shed light on the diverse cultural interconnections between the two musical nations. The soloist is the Welsh bass-baritone Bryn Terfel who appears again with the Philharmoniker for the first time in 18 years.
