“Late Night” concert with Simon Rattle

Sir Simon Rattle is a big fan of Johann Sebastian Bach. He showed this many times during his time as chief conductor of the Berliner Philharmoniker with his acclaimed performances of Bach’s Passions. He dedicates this Late Night to the composer’s cantata works – together with Anna Prohaska, whose bright, clear soprano is ideal for Bach’s music, plus countertenor Christopher Ainslie, tenor Patrick Grahl and bass Jan Martiník.
