The National Youth Orchestra of Germany and the National Youth Ballet with Ravel and Strauss
Germany’s best young musicians gain their first professional experience in the country’s National Youth Orchestra. Since many members of the Berliner Philharmoniker used to play there themselves, they took on the patronage of the orchestra in 2013. Here the orchestra performs works by Strauss and Ravel with conductor Alexander Shelley and the Federal Youth Ballet.
