World stars and newcomers

Martha Argerich, Yuja Wang, Daniil Trifonov, Mitsuko Uchida – piano fans in particular are in for a real treat during the 2026/27 season. The Berliner Philharmoniker will also welcome legends such as Yo-Yo Ma and Pinchas Zukerman, as well as newcomers including pianists Alexander Malofeev and Yunchan Lim, and conductor Elim Chan. You can also look forward to vocal highlights with chief conductor Kirill Petrenko: Wagner’s Die Walküre, Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel, and Beethoven’s Missa solemnis.
